Definitley looks like a Tachinid. Wing venation should rule out Muscidae. Also the abdomen is too hairy. Somewhere around Eoristinae (or Tachininae), but Zeegers will help you further.

My guess is Theo's
Phryno vetula ... even though I have hardly ever seen it here in the UK - it seems to be much commoner in mainland Europe.
