Kann man sie eindeutig identifizieren?
Auf welchem Wirt parasitiert sie?

from what i have learned here i don't think this is Tachina.
i will say maybe Peleteria?
the legs are dark at color and is too little black on the abdomen, but most likely Theo or Chris will correct me.

Thanks for the hint! Peleteria rubescens looks quite right. I checked for the hosts:

Melocosoma and Papilio: both butterflies I find regularly in my garden so this would fit as well.

It's difficult but I have to say it looks a bit like a Peleteria but I wouldn't like to say for sure without seeing the head better, to check for the Peleteria bristles.
