Hi, do someone know the ID of this fly ?

Find in Milan (Italy) near a small lake full of mosquitos and flies
it was little, about 0,5 centimeters, shot with extension rings
(sorry if I have shots just of the face)

maybe I was wrong, I could be also 0,7 - 0,8 centimeters
