Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Tachinidae?

Is this a Tachinidae?

I have tried to find by looking through the web but ....

Habitat: On a stack of cut timber laying beside a grassy field. There is a rich mixed forest close by.

Sorry for the bad quality...

Edit: forgot to mention that the loation are in Norway close to Oslo... and it was photographed yesterday..
