I do not think those are tow images of the same specimen. The top one appears to be a male of Eristalis pertinax. Of the second I would say (but the genus has been messed up a little in the last few years and it has not had my attentione anymore for quite a while now) E. arbustorum.

No, Paul is not quite right I think. They both are males of Eristalis arbustorum, clearly recognisable by the 'hour glass'shaped spot on tergite 2!

Ah well, I thought a cone-shaped abdomen.... The tarsi were not very well visble, too. :)
