It's a species of the Neomochtherus group, splitted into different genera by Lehr. Yours

Many thanks Dysmachus. Could you please informwhich specific work by Lehr did you mean, I couldn't quickly find anything except these two (not by Lehr):

Tsacas, L. 1968. Revision des especes du genre Neomochtherus Ostensacker, Dipteres. - M?moires du Mus?um National d'Histoire Naturelle Series A, XLVII (3): 1-324.

Londt, J.G.H. 2002a. Afrotopical Asilinae (Diptera): A provisional key to genera, with a review of the status of Neomochtherus Osten Sacken, 1878, and descriptions of new genera and species. ? African Invertebrates 43: 11-92.

You can try Lehr's 1996 monograph, but his keys are impossible unless you have the insect under a microscope.

Lehr, P. A. 1996. Robber flies of subfamily Asilinae (Diptera, Asilidae) of Palearctic. Ecological and morphological analysis, taxonomy and evolution. Vladivostok: Dalnauka.

My best guess would be a species in Aneomochtherus.
