It can be
O falcata as well, - the spots at the base of prst sa are black, and the scutellum has 4 black dots.
O. falcata larvae bore STEMS of
Tragopogon, whereas
O. tragopogonis larvae feed in flower heads only.

O. falcata seems to be adequate:
- Place of insertion of presutural supraalar and scutellar setae with brown or black spots
- Discal and preapical crossbands separated
