I thinks that is in subgenus Pangonius and not in subgenus Melanopanonius, that excludes P. micans, P. brevicornis and P. haustellatus. The Pangonius of subgenus Pangonius in Spain are these:
P. affinis
P. dimidiatus
P. escalerae
P. ferugineus
P. fumidus
P. granatensis
P. griseipennis
P. hermanni
P. obscuratus
P. sobradieli
P. variegatus
Maybe with this list is the species possible to ID?? Please...
