Dear forum,

I took this picture today in my garden. Can it be further identified?

Best regards, Niek

It's a species of the genus Neoitamus. Coould you add an image from lateral?

Dear Dysmachus,

Thank you for your reply. This is regretfully the only picture I have.
As a layman I didn't recognise it as Neoitamus from this top-vieuw (I only had taken lateral pictures from Neoitamus before where it looks much "hairier" ), but then it is probably N. cyanurus which occurs in my garden (with some Oak trees).

Best regards, Niek
