Thread subject: Diptera.info :: dark Syphida -> Orthonevra

It is sitting on a Spiraea flower -> small, 9mm(?). I do not dare to guess a genus. I just wonder about the 3.segment of the antenna.
Can you help?

This is a fly of the genus Orthonevra. Worth collecting :)
