Hello Insectforum,

On my Nerium Oleanderplant (mostly of the year outside the house) I got for a long period a lice-specie on the leaves.
Sometimes I remove the lice (easily) but they come back also easily. (The flowers of this plant are not so friendly for many insects because they stick with their tonge on the sticky pollen of this flower)
Anyway, these lice have a good time on the nerves of the leave.

They are very flat and they stick fast at the leave. about 2-3mm.

I think it are all female lice, but what about this specie?
Is it Pulvinaria? or Saissetia?

Maiby someone can tell me?
greeting, robert heemskerk

Of important and widespread coccid pests on Nerium this might be Eucalymnatus tessellatus (native to South America).
