Hi,
this small fly (3.5 mm) was observed yesterday. Sorry for these poor pictures. I have no idea about this specimen. All my thanks for your help.

Thanks John.
It is a very good suggestion : a female of Catharosia pygmaea. I have observed the male a few days ago. For the female we can see the pictures on the Flickr site.
