This Brachycera was found in a wetland mid July just outside Stockholm Sweden.
It has some distinct features with dark & red legs and a distinct "bump" on the forehead. Is it possible to get to genus or even species based on these photos?

The ‘bump’ is the ptilinum.

Minettia lupulina is a widespread species here in Sweden, I will try to figure out if it actually is that species or a similar one
