Hello,
This Dolichopodid was photographed in the Roussillon Plain (southern France) in a riparian forest (altitude 55 m). With its long, seemingly plumose aristae, it resembles the genus *Poecilobothrus*. However, given its entirely yellow antennae, I cannot determine which species it might be.

I'd say Hercostomus.
