Hello!
I found the following Tachinidae a few days ago in the west of Vienna. It is a male, and according to Tschorsnig ad Herting, if the diameter of the eye compared to "forehead" is 0,77 — 0,99 = pagana. However, one user on iNaturalist pointed out, he is "a bit confused by the high number of marginal bristles on the second tergite."
Could someone validate the species identification? Thanks and all the best!
