Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Phormia regina (Calliphoridae), male and female? (03.03.26) --> confirmed

Hello,

besides many Calliphora, Pollenia, Phaonia tuguriorum and subventa, Muscina prolapsa, Neomyia cornicina and Eudasyphora cyanella these bluish green Calliphoridae were visiting the fruit baits in our courtyard during the last days (northwest Germany).

I think, they are Phormia regina, but cannot totally exclude Protophormia terranovae.
