perhaps someone is able to determine beyond genus.

Today in mixed wood on light, Lower Austria at round 550m.

I fear, nobody will be able to help you in this forum, since this animal belongs to the order Neuroptera.

Viktor, here are many users that have knowledge beyond Diptera.
Just check the request in this sub-forum and you will see that often an answer has been provided
