Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Agromyzidae - is ID Possible?

Hello,
my pictures are from May 20, 2025 taken in Hannover, Germany. The small fly is ovipositing on Artemisia vulgaris. So could it be Melanagromyza pubescens?
