Hello,
Found in central Brittany (France) in a deciduous wood.
parameres forked so according to Chandler & Negrobov, 2008 and localisation I think it's
galbanus
Am I right ?
Thanks,
BenoƮt

Chandler & Negrobov (2008) noted that the colour of thorax and abdomen is variable in
galbanus (and other species), and the structure of
galbanus and
luridus genitalia (parameres and surstyli) are distinctive. However, these structures are poorly visible on dry specimens. Even the macerated genitalia may have variable length and shape of parameres and surstyli, depending on a specimen or a view (e.g. lateral, ventral or dorso-lateral aspect). Generally, your specimen is similar to my photos of
galbanus from Kaliningrad, but both may belong to a different species. See Doli paper here

Thanks Igor for your answer. My specimen come from north-western France. Maybe more probably galbanus (described from UK) and not an other (non described ?) species ?
