Hello,
This small fly was found near Toulouse on the banks of the Garonne River. It could be Phytomyza krygeri?

This is not a species of the genus Phytomyza. The wing has a second cross vein and the costa vein extends to the mouth of the M1+2 vein. Probably a female of the genus Agromyza, with long prescutellars bristles visible on the thorax.
