This midge I found some days ago in the city of Deggendorf (Bavaria, Germany). The left 3. tarsus looks like Culiseta, but the right 3. tarsus looks like ???
The midge is still alive. Nearby I found some Culiseta longiareolate and one C. annulata female.

Having one leg which is a peculiar colour suggests to me that this is an aberration rather than a hybrid. It may be a simple as accidentally losing the scales on the right leg, exposing the pale cuticle, or it may a be a developmental feature where something has gone wrong with the leg pigmentation similar to what happens when a blackbird develops a white patch in one wing.
