I have only this image of this fly. Probably it is a common species.

Completely black hind tarsi suggests
Didea sensu stricto. This one has to be
Didea intermedia (halter knobs seem dark).

It does not look like Eriozona erratica from the lateral view. On the other hand I do not see the black knob on the haltere either.

The abdomenal pattern seem to completely match D. intermedia, but also that of E. erratica.
