I have no muche clues about the family.
It's a small one from Kourou, French Guiana (less than 3 mm).

Compare Marmarodeceia hendeli Shewell (= Homoneura pictipennis Hendel, not Czerny).

Yes, probably an Homoneurinae or Lauxaniinae, difficult to find for me.
