A long shot from this only picture - but over the last years I regularly had
Dioctria hyalipennis in our garden (Rheinbach near Bonn/Germany, 210m above sea level, huge forest close by). This one flew into our Hydragia with its pray, but disappeared again immediately :-( Any chance for an educatd guess? Thanks for trying, Jörg

According to what I see:
D. hyalipennis seems to be correct.
But to be sure, a lateral view would be necessary (scutum must have a outlined dusted pattern).
