Hello again,

Seen in the mountain, deep south of France, between Spain and Andorra, with his feathers at the tip of his front legs I thought would be easy to find his name but unfortunately I can't even find his genus... Help...

I have other views if necessary.

Dolichopodinae.

The ornaments suggest Dolichopus but the rest of the fly may fit another genus better.
