Thanks in advance

Oxyna guttatofasciata (Loew, 1850)? I used (as best I could) Korneyev & Evstigneev, 2013 (Ukrainska Entomofaunistyka 4(1): 1-23).

Oxyna guttatofasciata Loew
it is associated with stands of Artemisia dracunculus, usually around 2000-2700 m asl, but I was unable to find larvae neither in stems nor in rhizome^ perhaps the time was wrong.

I have an easy pictorial key:
Korneyev, V. A., & Evstigneev, D. A. (2013). Key to European species of the genus Oxyna Robineau-Desvoidy, 1830 (Diptera: Tephritidae), with new records from Russia. Ukrainska Entomofaunistyka, 4(1), 1–23.

Thank you both. The key is really nice indeed.
It was caught in Mongolia at higher altidtude.
