Ukraine, Rivne region, on May 12.
Thelaira nigripes ?
Thelaira solivaga ?
It's hard for me to count the setae on the middle legs, but the calypters are yellowish. Also a lot of orange on the abdomen.
Is this a male?

Thelaira is correct and I think it's a male T. solivaga.
