Hello, those little flies are on my Nepenthes. They are very annoying. It seems to be Siphunculina funicola. I load a little video on YouTube : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ehG_7kqHFng
Thanks to help me for ID, it seems to be common in Thailand.
