I small fly I found yesterday, April 24, 2025, in ameadow in Minas de Riotinto (Huelva).

It resembles Minettia fasciata, but with difficult groups like Minettia I am never sure.

Thanks!
André

Minettia fasciata speciies-group is correct and I think it's a female Minettia subvittata:
"Tergite 3 with a row of long black setae" from:
Bernhard MERZ (2004): Revision of the Minettia fasciata species-group
REVUE SUISSE DE ZOOLOGIE 111 (1): 183-211; mars 2004
