Stratiomyidae is correct and I'm sure these are
Pachigastrinae. Unfortunately I cannot see the bristles on the thoracic segment 1 and the last abdominal segment clearly enough to be sure if
Zabrachia or not.

Zabrachia tenella it is - compare Paul's drawing in:
