a 4-6 mm fly at our housewall (northwest Germany).

It's not Rhinophora lepida which has a distinct petiole on R4+5 and a black undusted scutum. Could be Phyto melanocephala, but veins M and R4+5 should at least meet on the wing margin and frons should be broader...

Thanks, Eric! Phyto melanocephala is also rather abundant here, but let's wait for another opinion.

Wrong tree guys. A small Sarcophaga s.l., like Helicophagella or similar.

No Rhinophora before June
