a 4-6 mm fly at our housewall (northwest Germany).

It's not
Rhinophora lepida which has a distinct petiole on R4+5 and a black undusted scutum. Could be
Phyto melanocephala, but veins M and R4+5 should at least meet on the wing margin and frons should be broader...

Wrong tree guys. A small Sarcophaga s.l., like Helicophagella or similar.
No Rhinophora before June
