From French Guiana (as usual ;) )
Body around 4-5 mm long.
Sorry, I have almost no clue in front of such a specimen.....( it's not normal is it ?)

I think Sarcophagidae. Tropical America has too many species of Sarcophagidae. Most of them don't like like this one.
