Hello,
no idea. Maybe tachinid fly, genus Carcelia?

Location: Germany, Rhineland-Palatinum, 53572 Unkel, river Rhine valley, Stux hill, dry and warm habitat (grapeyards), nearby deciduous forest (oak, beech ...), about 70 meters above sea level, July 7th 2024.

The wavy golden hairs on the thorax indicate Pollenia species
