Hello,
This fly was photographed in July in the eastern Pyrenees at 1250 m altitude (66340 - Osseja - Pyrénées-Orientales, France).
Only 1 pair of black spots on tergite 6, the series of short black bristles on the tibiae, the tuft at the apex of the posterior tibia suggest Sapromyzosoma quadripunctata.
What do you think please?

Four rows of acrostichal setae means it cannot be quadripunctata. With just the single pair of clear black spots on the abdomen quadricincta is most likely.
