Tabanus sudeticus, due to orange third antennal segment with well developed dorsal angle.

This species is really very variable. The size of this specimen is less than 20mm. Yes the antennae are those of sudeticus.

A very dark Philipomyia aprica, I'd say. Check the basicosta.
