Hi,
Here is a male
Exorista from southern Brandenburg, seen on 31 July 2011. I’d vote for
E. grandis because of 4 postsutural dc, densely hairy eyes, and reddish scutellum. The second species with a comparable character set,
E. segregata, has not yet been recorded from Brandenburg. Do you agree?
