Hello,
several of these females at
Solidago canadensis at hedge near forest (northwest Germany). I did not see one male... Is it
Phasia aurigera?

Very windy at 14 °C today. Not the best conditions, but there were some males :D - together with many
Phasia pusilla,
Phasia obesa,
Ectophasia crassipennis,
Siphona sp. and
Tachina fera...
