Hello,
In the south of France on September 17, 2024.
Length from head to wingtips 3.1 mm.
I am very surprised by the antennae, I have not yet met such small flies with such antennae.
Thank you for your advice.

Other view. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to make a profile view.

Try Hybotidae.

Thank you Jan,
I have looked at Hybotidae on the "Le Monde des Insectes" gallery but have not found such antennae.
Perhaps there are Hybotidae on this site that are not illustrated?

Subfamily Tachydromiinae.

Thank you John,
The subfamily Tachydromiinae comprises only a few genus.
The closest seems to be Platypalpus, especially for the enlarged femur 2. But it seems that the eyes should be wide apart!
Are we sticking with the subfamily or can a genus be found?
