Hi all

Could this species be Aulagromyza populi? It emerged from some pupa from a leaf mine on Populus leaves, in Romania, Dobrogea region, June 2024.

Thanks in advance for all your help,
Alex.

Only part of the genitalia is visible, but otherwise seems to be consistent with A. populi

it's Aulagromyza populi (Kaltenbach, 1864). Populus species are also host plants for Aul. populicola (Haliday in Walker, 1853) and Aul. tremulae (Hering, 1957), but these two species have all bristles yellow, Aul. populi has all the bristles black.
