Female Macquartia tessellum, to be more precise.
That is a surprise, this species is rare in the Netherlands.
Could you post the details for the record here or on waarneming.nl. ?

It is a typical grassland species. I found it on airbase Soesterberg, but definitely very rare (but given climate change likely to become more common)
