Hello,
a friend of mine collected and gave me this fly that emerged from an Acherontia atropos pupa on April 21st 2024. The caterpillar was found in Bucchianico (CH), Italy and was reared indoors until the flies emerged. I think it is a Tachinidae, but is it possible to identify its species from these photos?
I have the specimen along with a few other individuals that emerged from the same host, so, if needed, I can provide more photos from different angles or I can send the specimens to anyone interested.
Thank you in advance,

Emanuele
