Hi,
today I found these flies in Germany, Saxony on the edge of a forest bordering a sunny meadow. Is this a couple of Ectophasia crassipennis?

Thanks,
Marion

Hello Marion,

the orange thorax hairs are typical for Phasia hemiptera.
