Hi all !!!

I pictured this specimen in my garden on 2023-09-02. I could measure it : length 8,0mm

Is it possible to ID ???
A suggestion from a French forum : Phryxe and even Phryxe vulgaris

WELL, Phryxe don't have all black stutellum.

It is a female Eumea
