Pattaya, near cow dung, 3mm.
I never see Microphoridae, may be it is the case?

Naah, it's some kind of hybotid.

Well, they used to be Empididae, too, untill Chv?la decided to split the families. I think it may be Drapetis (Elaphropeza).
