Hmm. I would put my money on Lonchaeidae, but it is difficult to see from just this picture.

When looking at the halteres I wouldn't put my money on Lonchaeidae!

Hah! Chamaemyiidae/Leucopinae was also my first idea, but who knows about these tropical little beasties, what little/unknown families may lurk there:o

I think yours are correct, the first at least has correct wing venation. The one above appears to have a small ocellar triangle, so no Chloropidae.
