Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Is this Sepsis thoracica or punctum?

Seen 18th August 2003 at at 17:17.
It had been actively foraging on Solidago gigantea blossoms but then had a rest to blow a bubble and let me photograph it.
Right next to a wooded stream at boundary with mixed meadowland.
Flensburg N. Germany, GPS 54.7544, 9.4212, Alt 60m
