Thread subject: Diptera.info :: which Helina?

Hello everyone,
I photographed this fly on September 30, 2023 in southwest Germany in the Black Forest on a damp meadow. I estimate its size to be around 7 mm. I think she belongs to the genus Helina; Can you also say something about the species?
