It's one of the Tipula (Tipula) sp. Apparently you have five in France. I'd say this one is Tipula paludosa because of the wide space between the eyes beneath. It should have 14 antennal segments.
I'm not familiar with all the species so you should figure out yourself which one fits best. The genitalia will be helpful.

Hard to be sure about the nomber of antennal segments.
If only 13 antennal segments, here, it would be
T. subcunctans, but it seems too earlier and eye separation confirms
T. paludosa, dixit Clovis.
