Just tearned fom a comprehensive pdf book

that this should be Copromyza sp. from Sphaeroceridae

Not Sphaeroceridae. Possibly
Saltella.

Morning, this in not Sphaeroceridae, the basitarsis on the hind leg would be short and wide in that Family.
