Hello, I’m so confused with this Pseudogonia. Found in Hungary. Frons are yellowish, or orange, about this, this has to be rufifrons, but other characters rather say parisiaca. I can’t decide this, what I see on the scutellum, are they apicals or just spines in the place of apicals? Because if they are apicals, then specimen should be parisiaca. What do you think? Could you help me please?

7. The scutellum. Are they apicals or just spines?

Yes, always very confusing.
The yellow parafrons, the strong anterior bristles on parafacial and the elongated second aristomere clearly indicate Ps. rufifrons. And I don't see apical scutellars, these are - indeed - pre-apicals.
